Follow the order of information, punctuation, and capitalization in the examples below. See section 6.18.1.1 of the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation (10th ed.). 

Author's First Name Second Name (if given) Last Name, "Title of the Video" (Day Month Year) at Pinpoint, online (type of source): <URL> [Archived URL].

Example

Sheridan Library, "Searching the Library" (8 December 2022) at 00h:01m:15s, online (video):<youtube.com> [https://youtu.be/F6FKR4QEPC8?si=qNVXvvXCLzPfDjta].

NOTE: The author could be a username, group, company, government agency, educational institution, etc. In the above example, the author is "Sheridan Library". You can omit the timestamp for videos that are under 5 minutes according to the McGill Guide (see 6.18.1.1).  

Your professor may have different citing expectations than library staff. Always check at the beginning of term and before starting assignments that the citing rules you are using are appropriate for your class.
