Experience Steps
Each work/volunteer experience should include four to six bullets that describe your work accomplishments.
Begin each statement with a verb (Resume Action Words file, below). If the position is present, use present tense, if the position is in the past use past tense.
Turn the task you did into a statement that describes what you accomplished in the end,
Describe the results of your accomplishments (what that task did for the customer, the team and/or the company) or if there was no specific result, tell the reader what you learned or gained from the situation.
