Mental Well-Being Resources

The Mental Well-Being Resource Guide was a cross-campus partnership between students, staff, and faculty. Resources were compiled by Sheridan students, for students under the guidance of Karen Lints, LLS, Kerry Hately, FAHCS, as well as Wellness and Counselling. If you have a resource you would like to see on the guide, please fill out this form. Sheridan does not endorse the resources provided on this guide but offers them as tools to support the wellbeing of students. For information on Sheridan's response to the pandemic, please refer to the COVID-19 Updates page.
