Health Promotion During Remote Work is a cross-campus partnership between students, staff and faculty. Resources used for this guide were compiled by Sheridan’s students, for students, under the guidance of Karen Lints, LLS, Kerry Hately, FAHCS, Sheridan Athletics, and Health Promotion Specialists. Sheridan doesn't endorse the resources on this guide but offers them as tools to support the well-being of students during these unprecedented times.
