Introduction

When completing research assignments, you will need to provide citations from a variety of sources (e.g., books, websites, articles). Integrating appropriate sources into your writing requires a number of key skills:

  1. Evaluation - Being thoughtful about the sources you choose.
  2. Integration - Carefully considering how and where you include sources within the body of your paper.
  3. Citation - Giving proper credit to those sources.

In this guide, we'll look at how you can integrate information from a wide variety of sources seamlessly and ethically.
