The Library Learning Commons at each campus provides numerous group study rooms for private group collaboration. Each group study room is equipped with large screen monitors, laptop plugins, and tables and chairs.
NOTE: Groups that are more than 10 min. late to claim a room will lose their booking and the room may be used by others.
If there is no booking, or a group is more than ten minutes late to claim a room, the room can be used by others.
Bookings can be viewed through the online booking system.
Food is not permitted in the group study rooms. Only covered beverages are allowed.
For issues with creating your booking, or to contest another group's booking, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Students disrupted by inappropriate behaviour or noise from other library users should report incidents to either:

For issues with booking a group study room, please contact IT Support Chat.
Bookings that violate any conditions of the Group Study Room Policy or the Sheridan Student Code of Conduct will be cancelled. In addition, Security may remove any students who violate the Group Study Room Policy.
