- Study spaces are intended for the academic use of currently registered Sheridan students.
- Group study rooms, available with a specified capacity, are designated for collaborative work involving two or more persons and are not intended for individual exam taking.
- Due to the lack of soundproofing and the proximity of these rooms to open collaborative areas, group study rooms may experience noticeable noise levels and are not suitable for those seeking a silent environment.
- Spaces may be booked for a maximum of three hours at one time and only one booking per day is allowed for the same student or group.
- Rooms must be booked online by a student intending to use the space themselves.
- If you are more than ten minutes late to claim a space, your booking is no longer valid and the space can be used by others.
- Personal belongings should not be left unattended, and rooms must remain unlocked. Sheridan staff are not responsible for lost items.
- Study rooms should never be locked by occupants.
- After use, turn off A/V equipment and clean surfaces with campus-provided wipes.
- Remove waste, as food is prohibited and only covered drinks are allowed.
- Students are expected to adhere to the Group Study Room policy, Noise & Disruptive Behaviour Policy and Sheridan's Student Code of Conduct. Violations may result in booking cancellations or removal by security.
