There are many ways to meditate. One of the easiest strategies for implementing meditation into your daily life is by following along to short guided meditations using YouTube or apps. There are many different types of meditation to try depending on how you are feeling: meditation for stress relief, for breathing, for relaxation, etc. Meditation does not have to involve anyone talking to you, but can simply be sitting by yourself quietly in silence and breathing.
